Dr. Benita Benny

Dr. Benita Benny (PT) is a compassionate Neuro Physiotherapist dedicated to restoring movement, independence, and confidence in her patients.

While she specializes in neurorehabilitation, she also provides effective care for Musculoskeletal, Orthopedic, and General Physiotherapy conditions. She has completed Advanced training in Neurodynamics (NDS), McKenzie Part A for spine care, Arts-Based Therapy, Play Therapy, and Infant & Toddler Early Problem-Solving (USA), enabling her to deliver holistic, evidence-based, and innovative treatment approaches.

She has presented Award-Winning research on Chronic Pain and Spinal Cord Injury prevention, served as a panellist on women’s health held by PhysioCare, and exhibited her artwork at national art shows. Known for blending science with creativity, she creates a welcoming environment where every patient receives personalized care tailored to their goals—helping them live healthier, pain-free, and more fulfilling lives.
